Judy Van Norman Launches her Brand Online
A lot of personal brand discovery, a globe that she received when she was 5 years old and a world of professional experience in Healthcare and IT, is what it takes to POSITION a consistent brand experience for Judy Van Norman, Healthcare IT Executive.
With the help of Robin and Don, Partners, SteelID.com, Judy proudly launched her brand online this week, and promptly got asked for an interview with the Phoenix Business Journal to speak about Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and the use of technology in patient care and medical services.
We would like to believe that all of her online communities will benefit from this information as Judy can now direct her communications through her consistent branding on all sites.
See the attached Infographic that explains her integrated design package for an Intraprenuer.
Congrats Judy and we wish you well in Australia!

Social Media Campaign of the Century - Top 10 Funniest Old Spice Guy Responses [VIDEOS]
Isiah Mustafa, the "Old Spice Guy", made heads turn all over the social media networks. He Tweeted, Facebooked and YouTubed his way to fame. Even my 10 year old son made his own Old Spice video that you can see from my Facebook site. He wants to be "The man you wish your man could smell like"? and he wants me to purchase the old spice products now. He also is watching the career of Isiah Mustafa to see what is possible with your own brand. If a 10 year old boy gets it, than shouldn't we?

Crowd Control for Corporate Intrapreneurs
Crowd control is a large concern of Corporate CEO's. They want to control the budget, control the products and service delivery and they are concerned about how to control the social networks and the messages they portray about the companies brand. Here is an example of how IBM created a way to allow their employees to write about their experiences, what they’re working on, or any other topic of choice.
IBM capitalizes on the intelligence of their employees to give consumers insight into what happens behind the scenes. By giving the industry experts they’ve hired a voice, IBM is able to highlight the people behind their products. Users get to see how IBM operates, and are given a direct connection with IBM employees.
Lesson: Having a CEO that blogs is great, but increase the number of blogs and you increase the number of connections. Leveraging your employees to write about what they love conveys the corporate dedication to the industry.
Share: Do you work in a Corporation that allows individual or group blogs? Are you allowed to post on Facebook or Tweets on Twitter or is this all managed at the Corporate Marketing level?
